First CX race, first victory for Gosse! In the 3rd Focus Crossfire Cup Race in Adelaide he led from start till finish to win his first race of the CX-season.
After a week full great experiences Down Under Gosse started in Adelaide during the third round of the Focus Crossfire Cup. Immediately after the start Gosse took a solid lead. The Dutchman took the corners flawless and increased his lead lap by lap. After 8 laps he passed the line first, 36 seconds in front of Tom Chapman. Griffin Knight took the final podium spot.
Of course Gosse was pretty happy with his win in Adelaide. “For me it was 8 months without CX-racing after a pretty serious injury. It was cool to start here 1 month before the European season. Hopefully I`ll be racing till the end of February. My big goal is to get my first professional victory. I think the season started off pretty good here”, Gosse commented from the top of the podium.
Next week Gosse will travel to Sydney for two more CX-races.
